Hereafter you will find the introduction as well as the table of contents.
Maurice Zundel has never thought of himself as a guru. A seeker of God, he supported in his quest the small circle of men and women of goodwill who crossed his path. In this, he was close to his Lord who always kept going on the roads of Palestine, sowing into all winds, and lands, at all risks of holiness, weariness and even betrayal.
The 20th century has known numbers of masters of thought, auto and media proclaimed, forgotten gurus, sometimes even ridiculed by history’s ruthless sanctions.
But now ‘’the one”, whose life was so humble that it was known only by few, is today, by way of mouth to ear only, acquiring a reputation which has not stopped growing and is largely overflowing the circle of believers and reaching, by successive layers, a universality that has little to do with globalization of multinationals.
Write “the one” with a lower case letter, and it is of Maurice Zundel ;put it in capital letters and this is the Gospel of the SON of God. This is not a coincidence; one leads to the other before whom he disappears.
The Maurice Zundel FOUNDATION watches with care over the treasure it has custody of, and, above all, It wants to share with the largest number. With this little book, it aims at meeting the expectations of young readers by offering them an anthology collected by boys and girls of their age. We have willingly subscribed to this project that has no other ambition than to give hunger and thirst.
Maurice Zundel, not a mentor who would have without problem led astray so many young generosities into adventures, but a ferryman who leads the way to truth and life.
A book of discoveries.
